- Moderate
- Change the environment
- Choose something exciting/helpful.
- Don’t do it (not recommended, but always an option)
- Some ideas are better than others, but all should be considered.
3. Pro / Con Analysis
- Define the pros and cons of different options to help analyze and contrast.
- Look at viability and quality.
4. Pick one
- Possibly most important… pick an option
5. Try It
- Know you are just “trying”, don’t have an expectation of it working perfectly on the first try
6. Evaluate
- Be honest
- If it’s not working, try something else…
- Be open to re-stating the model
